RecommendedEven in the middle of COVID-19, the drive-thru customer service was on point! We were reminded by the manager who got on the speaker to ask about our "free fries". He was so funny! Free fries for parents, kids, dogs, cats and even rabbits! As long as they're breathing - free fries! The order taker was patient and polite, considering we were ordering for 2 adults and 4 children. Pulled up to the drive-thru and after saying the first item I was directed to the window without letting me order second item. Not to mention the tone was rude. Customer service sucked and they are slow. No plans of going back!
stop handing out frozen milkshakes ! freshly made my butt !! Very disappointed
Employees in back working Drive-Up window and persons making food in back had no gloves or masks on. So much for customer and employee safety there. Imagine how they care about food safety!!!
I'm at the beginning of my current lunch visit. After many years of my family using you guys, I'm done. I made a simple request and for no good reason it was turned down. I asked to have a little coffee added to the milkshake I was ordering with my lunch. I was told it wasn't on the menu and that they probably didn't have any made. very bad coustmer service , very slow service , they don't follow health regulations by wearing mask and gloves . they refuse to give manger or owner name or phone number if you asked for it . there's is a woman who takes the drive through orders at night she yalls at the customers , another employee smokes in uniform at the drive through . if you try to make complain they refuse to give you any information and they know that the headquarters office is already closed and no one there to pick up the phone .
RecommendedEverything was up to our satisfaction. The food was delicious and the service was fabulous and we’ll be coming back again.
Ordered Frisco melt..did not receive the sauce that goes on the sandwich!
