We waited over an hour for our food. We have 3 kids by the time our food came out we got it to go because, our kids were done. They ended up forgetting my daughter's macaroni and cheese and my nieces apple slices/sauce not sure which it came with. my burger was sloppy and not put together well. The only highlight of the place was our waitress who was very apologetic and kept giving us updates and who boxed our food up to go for us. I got the Garlic Burger 😋 and the shake was great
Welp, we tried to give them another chance after a poor first experience, because they are under new ownership. We arrived this evening at 9:00 along with others and sat for 15 minutes and were never greeted and it became obvious it would be fruitless. Two employees with headsets on, from the drive thru just sat at a table as we all waited. Couldn't get anyone to come to the counter either. We left........dissapointing!
waited 15 mins to get seated, 10 mins to waited on, 20 mins for drinks and 45 mins for food. When the food finally came 2 of the sandwiches were cold. very disappointed
Very disappointed. I got the taco salad. No tomatoes, hardly any beef and was not seasoned. No Ranch as that is wat it says come with it. Chili was VERY greasy. 1st time there and will never go back.
Although the waiter was very nice 3 items we ordered came out wrong.
