Places an order on line for a pick up ... my husband called to let them know he was there ... after the 4th attempt they answered and instructed him to go through the drive through to pick up his order !!! The line was 6 cars deep and another 30 min wait . Once he got to the window he asked if his food had been ready this whole time. They answered, “it’s been under a heat lamp” ! manager said they were short staffed that’s why they couldn’t run the order out. Never again !
had to wait for 20 minutes on my mobile order! food was cold and i had missing items ..manager was rude had to convince her to replace my order ...i just want my order right. im not wanting free food

went in ordered food . Manager when to bathroom. came out smelling is dry hands. Another guy was digging in his nose got money back . iam good
The service was absolutely terrible.. all the waiters stood in a corner having conversations with each other. We had to ask for our own napkins, never got a refill on any of our drinks. Food was good but service not at all.
Service was not good food came out cold left setting forever before we final got our check so we could pay and leave I’ll never go back
