horrible waitress. 3 people inside restaurant and took 15 minutes to take our drink orders then half hour to get our milkshakes when food came none of the burgers had right fixings on them. this place is horrible. non friendly staff and mgt.
just walked out. 30 mins waiting for drinks and the place was empty. trash in the booths and on the floor. had the exact same experience 2 years ago. under new ownership so figured we'd try it again. can say we won't be back and won't recommend anyone to come here either. headed to friendlys!
At the drivethru I ordered two meals, and one with a shake the young woman said $22 and change. When I get to the window I ask to review the order window slammed shut, she ordered 3 meals. She said I put in 3 meals a statement with zero sincerity in her tone. Then she reviews the order again and still had an additional drink, window slammed shut again. Hands me the recipient and I pay. RecommendedNewly renovated inside? Looked up to date but I have NEVER waited sooooo long for some food at Steak N Shake!!! Put us behind on our travels. Food was fine.

horrible manager I waited in drive-thru line for 30 minutes he messed my order up which I was calm and just ask to redo it still messed up the manager finally comes said pull forward it I'll bring it out in just a minute waited 12 minutes out front never came out when inside one of my money he had an attitude never once apologized and took 8 minutes just to get my money back worst customer service I've ever seen in my life and I work in the hospitality industry
