Ordered my burger with no onions and there were onions on it. The fries are also way to salty. Not a good start since they just reopened. Also no napkins in the bag.
The manager is yelling at customers. When they walk out he is talking behind their back. The restaurant is a mess. Every employee left the building while I was in here. All alone. Needing service. Food is so so was not impressed
2 people in line in front of me have left and I’d do the same if I wasn’t waiting to see how long it actually takes to get through this drive thru. 20 minutes for 2 cars to put their orders in, and still waiting. This is ridiculous.

this steak n shake has gone way down hill, there were only 4 cars in the drive thru I'm front of me and it took 38 minutes to get to the window and mind you their dining room is closed. my burger bun was cold and seemed like they just took it out of the freezer. nasty. I will not be returning.
Drove through drive thru twice, no one there. The lights are on and there is no indication that the restaurant is closed. No signage or anything.
Waited in drive through for 15 minutes. 10 cars stacked up behind us. Decided to leave, 2 workers inside looking at cell phones. Won’t be back.
