Better Employees/management. Better food quality.
I would like to talk to you about an issue that my fiance and I had while picking up a doordash delivery last night at store 704 in Clarksville, IN. We got there at 9:15 pm to pick up the order. We had to go through the drive thru even though the Doordash app said to wait. The customer had indicated through the app that they needed 4 packets of honey mustard. I came though the drive thru at 6.51pm after a long wait in the drive thru that seemed 20-25mins literally to get a shake and 2 burgers first I made sure the order was clear after clarifying twice then when receiving the order going pull away the shakes lid came off tryin put it in cup holder whip cream over me and my vehicle very disappointed after getting home the shake clearly wasn’t Nutella but seemed to be a chocolate shake that has ice in the middle of it as well my burgers both being cold 🥶
Slowest drive-thru I have ever seen!! Twice I have sat for 20-30 minutes with merely two cars ahead of me. Take some pointers from Chick-Fil-A!!!! Sheesh.
Made an order at 8pm sat waiting to pay until 8:11pm got food at 8:22pm only to look in the bag the fries was only half full and the burgers was burnt to top it all off my lemonade taste like water. Smh not eating here anymore they could have out of business.
Wow! Where do I even begin? Horrible service! I mean HORRIBLE! I thanked the lady at the drive thru window and she rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face. Now I remember why we haven’t eaten here in such a long time.
Very rude woman in drive thru.. she definitely didn’t want to be working at all.. no please no thank you just really rude and wouldn’t even move from where she was leaning.. don’t put people who hate life on a speaker
RecommendedAmazing food amazing prices and friendly staff always clean even late night. Unfortunately some costumers give them hard time not wearing masks and arguing about it while this restaurant is just trying to keep everybody safe and keep up with business. Big thank you for all you efforts and so sorry that you have to deal with stupid heads on a daily basis
