New ownership (May 2018) has turned this place around. Finally great food like other Steak ‘n Shakes. Great FRESHLY made burgers, hot fries and excellent shakes. Give a try if you came before when it was bad. NOW it is awesome!!! ����
Waited over half an hour to get 2 burgers and fries. My burger was good, but the fries were ice cold. My husbands burger “wasn’t all that”. We asked about getting hot fries and if they would take anoth half hour. The waitress said it wouldn’t. 15 minutes later she was sitting at a table chatting and we still didn’t have hot fries. We were going to order shake to go to split. We just left instead. Not sure why they opened back up if they weren’t going to improve.
You may be under new management but your service is still the pits. Family of five, seated in a four person booth. Asked for a larger booth. Took five minutes to clean one off . Floor was filthy and i got attitude when i asked for it to be swept. No server to our table for TEN minutes. Terrible service. Waited 40 mins for cold soggy food that had hair in it. Nobody cared we had a problem with our food either. Should've stayed closed down. Probably won't be long. Don't waste your time.
Takes FOREVER to get your food! Avoid this place. An hour and 45 minutes and only a few of us got food. Will never go back.
The absolute worst customer service. It’s a shame, because the food and price point is great.
The food was cold. The service was horrible. Place could use a good cleaning. Waitress only came to the table twice.
MUCH MUCH improved with the current management. The place is very clean, staff is competent and attentive. Food was as ordered and looked great. It doesn't even seem like the same place as six months ago.
