I work in customer service. If my restaurant looked like this I would fire myself. The place was a mess. The servers sitting at a table on their phones. Had an attitude. I was excited to come here. Drove 2 hours. Not like the one's in Illinois
Chilli cheese dog was good. Snickers shake was delicious!!!! Wait staff and manager were good . Made sure we all got what we wanted even the shake that wasn't on the menu. We were happy with thw service. I will go again.
Awful. Didn't have anybody at the store when they were supposed to be open. Dirty outside. Never again will I attempt to eat there
Heard all the "Buzz" about the new "Steak & Shake" in Millersville and how awesome their shakes and burgers were. Drove from Owings Mills to check it out. Ehhh! Mediocre at best. Probably won't go out of the way again. For a semi-new franchise, under staffed and not very clean.
Terrible. Went here several times because we like it when we went in Florida. More than half the time the experience was just terrible, long waits inside and in the drive through, plus frozen food the last and final visit.
Disgustingly dirty! You stick to the floors when you walk in! You'll be lucky if what you want is in stock, then if it is, you will wait 30+ mins for it!
Visiting family in the area. 5 of us stopped in good food service was accurate. Eating area clean. Restrooms needed work. I suggested Steak 'n Shake because we like the ones around home. I would eat here again. Reasonable prices.
Waited over 2 hours in line for horrible food when they first opened over 2 years ago...hoping to go back soon to see if they have improved
This was my first time here and I loved it! The food and customer service was both great!
