We didn't get the right food we ordered if there was a half star I would put it down. Plus one of the blonde women that took our order acted like she didn't want to be there at all.
Service was fast and friendly . Hostess was polite and had a brilliant smile . Food was served quickly for a carryout order . Less than 10 mins . Only one thing they step up on , housekeeping .
It was our first time there. Our waitress was very friendly. She was working her butt off. Food was good. We were seated right away. Food came quickly. Plan on coming back. Might bring our grandson with us. Reasonable prices. Next time I want to try one of their shakes.
The place was clean, busy and the food was delicious. Loved it. The original single cheeseburger, fries and a shake was about $7. Good quality beef.
Terrible I'd give it no stars if I could because even one star is being nice. I drove almost an hour away to wait, get hair in my food and no apology for it or confrontation from management. Going to Fredericksburg from now on
Our second time there, first time was very good! This time the shake was excellent and the food not. It was bland in taste and dry. All the ketchup bottles on the tables around us were empty. Had to wait a while to see our server to ask for full ones. Heard lots of complaining around us from guests and servers. Our server was nice. Her name was Amber.
We traveled 40 mins to get there so we were bummed to not have a good experience. We say the front door for 8 mins before we were greeted. Servers would literally look at us and not ask how many or anything. When we were greeted we were then told we'd have to wait for a table. Ok fine. We finally sit down and the server just looked like she hateddd life. No smile or anything and asked every 2 damn mins if we were ready smh. We went twice in one month in hopes that our second visit would have been better. Our first visit for dining in was February 15, 2017. It took 20mins to get milkshakes and when we got them they were warm. We were told by our nice waitress that the manager said we would have to pay for new shakes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Fast forward to yesterday 3/10/17 and our waitress was nice at first, but then ignored us for 15mins while we were trying to get her attention for my kids shakes (she was at the register). Have been to several down south and service was terrible but service at this one was awesome. Food was good and so are the milkshakes.
