Slow service...bleu cheese dressing and Italian both out of stock so salad got sent back, leaving hungry. Would've rathered McDonald's at this point. Thanks for nothing
Went to Steak and Shake for the first time in Millersville, MD, so that means I didn't know the routine. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes. Employees looked at me, no one said anything just looked at me. A customer was kind enough to tell me I had to sit down to be helped. Slow service..dirty bathrooms....dirty restaurant.. Foods good though just don't be 2 hungry when u get here.
Went there last night with my husband and daughter. There was one waitress for the whole place (she confirmed that). And the poor girl was pregnant. Took awhile to place our order but we expected that. Meanwhile, while waiting, it was like a freezer in the place, like my teeth were chattering. I had a 9 year old in shorts and a t shirt who is never cold and even she was complaining. Food came and it was very good and hot, luckily. Hamburger meat had no flavor, patty was small and overcooked, roll was stale and falling apart, a long wait for food, burgers out before we got the shakes, will not go back .. ever ..

I though the food as well as the customer service is AWESOME.... Very friendly.
This place was awful. We were there almost 2 hour from the time we walked until we left and they weren't even that full. My milkshake was so runny I couldn't drink it and after speaking with the manager about the problem he didn't take anything off the bill OR EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR IT!!! Told us it would be better next time... to bad we will never be back especially since we live 2 1/2 hours away and ended up being later for work due to being here so long! Manager should be ashamed of himself!!!
We loved it...hot food and fast service. We need one of these in WESTMINSTER MARYLAND.
