Good tasting burgers, really quick, love those french fries. Good quick snack.
Extremely poor service and EWWW!!! Moshin hardly said a word and the manager could've cared less about their big problem! A roach crawled across my table!!!
Sat for 10 minutes in an empty restaurant while wait staff cleaned tables and walked past rather than even taking a drink order. Its no wonder this location does so poorly. Not like the Steak n Shakes down south or out west at all.
the place was very clean, our server went out of her way for us. Got our food in a timely manner. It was hot and delicious.
Took my granddaughter for her first visit, it was great. Steak 'n Shake was a staple in my teenage years and this one did not disappoint
