Slow to be seated, slow to be served. Food was delicious. Gave us the wrong size shake, but in our favor, they were kind enough not to up charge or make us wait to remake. Gone here a number of times over the years and this one almost always has slow service. Still good food.
Food was good, not real busy. Had coupons so that made cheaper.
I called to place an order, girl was extremely rude. Did not even ask for an order name, and hung up on me while I was in mid sentence, WITHOUT giving me a total. Food was cold. Never had a good experience here
Just picked up a burger, via drive thru. Everything stone cold and burger falling apart. Will never go there again!!
My husband and I would love to stop in for a quick bite but all the time... lived down the street for past 22 years but yesterday was awful simply awful The Buns were soggy and seemed there wasn't enough meat for the burger and the KETCHUP Did they change to a cheap brand ???? It was Nasty plan and simple Nasty we are not ones to cause a public seen so we just walked out. So sad because my husband is finky and always enjoyed stopping there for his burger 🍔 😡
Took 20 minutes for our waitress to wait on us. Took another 20 minuets to just get our drinks and they didn’t come all at once. Then took another 20 or so minutes to get our food. Bathrooms are super gross. Pee all over toilet seat in ladies bathroom. Poop pee and toilet paper in toilet not flushed. They didn’t hand us our check. They put it under napkins when we weren’t looking. Had to ask for our check. Watched two tables be seated and then leave.
Decided to stop for a quick bite after running errands... wanted to try the prime burger but was told 10 min wait. So we got regular burgers and waited..22 minutes in the drive thru for food. Idiots
Two servers refused to clear a table for us, but cleared the counter instead. Another couple walked in and was seated right away. We were a group of 6 and after over 10 minutes waiting for one of the two servers to clear a table we left and went to applebees where we were sat and served immediately. Horrible customer service!
