Wasn't that great the food made is sick never again.
Went there with my 3 granddaughters and we stood by the door for 5 minutes before the girl behind the counter who seriously was the only one in the place who was doing her job came over to ask if we had been helped. I told her no not yet so she went and got someone who seated us and we sat there for 20 min with servers who wouldn't even make eye contact so that they wouldn't have to acknowledge you were there lol. Usually really good, but extremely slow and burger not good. Was disappointed.
Burgers were cold milk shakes served in paper cups not filled to the top plus they were nearly melted. Waitress did not acknowledge our complaint.
Good food, shakes, & service at this location! Everything tasted like it was intended to taste! I'd go back for "seconds"!
I had worst experience ever! I waited in the drive thru for ten mins and then i went inside cause the drive thru was not moving at all then when i went inside i wait an other 20 mins for my shakes to come me and then they look crap whip cream all over and did not taste like the flavors I order at all.
There's a place like steak n shake called Freddys steak n shake is way better !!!
