Your service sucks ass. I could get a group of 5 year olds and get them to service faster than this store. Took 20 min just to order. (There was Only 3 people there. Including us!) That's awful... Either fire them and hire a whole new line of idiots or shut down. Not worth the agony.
We walked out after ten minutes of being ignored.
It took over 20 minutes to seat our party of four. Then it seem our order got left on the grill too long as the cheese on all of our burgers wad burnt on the side of them. We had been waiting over 1/2 hour for the food, the adults just dealt with it but they did remake my daughters. When one of our party went to use the restroom, he said the fly population in there was that of an outhouse and we left to go to Target to use the bathroom. Not only did the girl at the counter at the drive-through not know how to make change even though the cash register tells her how much she was totally confused when we gave her a penny when our total was $8.76 and then she told us to pull forward and wait for her order and we sat there for about 10 minutes and I had to go in and ask for the order I stood at the counter for about a minute or two and I finally waved at a waitress there were six people behind the counter and not one of them recognize that I was standing there I... read more
Customer service was HORRIBLE, tables were very dirty, employees lazy as hell. Also customers cleaning there own table hahaha that's a joke. I'm discussed. 7 people waiting to be seated walked out.
They have the worst drive thru service here. If you want something go inside.
Horrible! Will never go there again! The girl taking our order was paying more attention to her co-worker that was talking to her, then when we pulled up to the window they had to ask us what we ordered. Took 20 minutes to get our food. My meal came with fries and we got another cheese fry, which we paid for, but when we finally got the food, they said that they just put a cup of cheese with the fry with the meal. Visited Joliet. Went there for breakfast. Only our party and another person was in the restaurant. The waitress had no personality, took her sweet time to to get us coffee and the menus. Looked like she was behind the counter on her cell phone. (No tip for her, sorry) Breakfast was ok, but took forever to be served, and it had only a total of 5 customers, not busy at all.
Our waitress was great there was food under our table that wasn't ours the bathrooms were pretty nasty. Luckily the food tasted good but definitely don't know if I would go back again
