The Joliet location is absolutly horrible. We tried to have lunch there yesterday but it took about 5 minutes to be seated (there were 6 tables with dirty dishes which no one was cleaning) Then we waited AT LEAST 15 minutes and no one came to our table so I told the manager. He said he'd send someone right away...over 5 minutes later...nothing! so I told the manager that we're leaving and he let us leave without any effort to try to make it right! I was just at your location, was sat, waited 15 minutes for a server that never came so then left with my family of 4 to eat elsewhere. Your service just plain sucks
We went for dinner here Saturday night and got food poisoning. I emailed corporate but apparently they are not too concerned seeing as how no one has gotten back to me. This is a serious situation where multiple people are extremely sick. I have also reported you to the health department.
Horrible spent 30 mins in drive thru got my order wrong. Went inside manager was rude rolled his eyes. They are unprofessional and I’m calling corporate. Never again!!!!
Just ordered 5 double burgers with cheese and fries at the drive through. Was told that order is too big for drive through and would have to come in. There was no one in front of or behind us... not to mention, my family of 7 has ordered this at drive through for years! We went to Wendy's instead.
This place has the worst service of any restaurant I have ever eaten at in my life. Food is consistently messed up or never comes to the table. Awful. I would not come here if my kids didn’t like it.
Would give it a 0 if we could. First we were told from a manager they lost one one of our orders. Then they forget one of my kids shakes, waited over 45 minutes for food and then when it came they forgot a bunch of it. Had to ask for silverware because we never got that, and my drink literally hasn’t been refilled once.
Honestly this place needs to fire the whole entire staff. The simplest request will make any employee malfunction. I feel bad for the 1 good employee because they have to deal with this mess. The managers do not care and hide in the back whenever there is any type “hard work” for them. Fire all these lazy people steak and shake just fire them all.
