15 minutes for 2 to go shakes. We came inside cause the drive thru was around the building, I honestly think we would have been better off staying in the drive thru.
Well my son and I got seated right next to where they cook the burgers. The cook who is 21 because I heard him say it to this other African American girl. They were carrying on a conversation with them saying fuck and shit and everything else. My son says to me mom those people are swearing. I said I know. I also,ordered the taco salad there was like 5 small pieces of meat on there. Won't be going back anytime soon. Very slow service.
Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich..bread was toasted...cheese was thrown on bread..not melted...their string fries suck.
Cold, non seasoned food. Bad service. Would not come back.
Met my brother for dinner after told last minute was on own for dinner, he usually works but was free to meet up! Meal was good had a chocolate peanut butter as shake, which was filling
This place SUCKS! Staffing is TERRIBLE food is not the best anymore and NEVER have a polite/nice server. Waited yesterday for about 15mins before being approached, but another party who came in after us was waited on right away. Will NOT be returning here for dine in or food again!!!!
There were no clean tables. We had to wait for at least ten minutes to be waited on, and two out of six orders were wrong. We never saw our waitress after we were served our food. My meat on my taco salad was burnt. Won't return to this Steak N Shake.
Love it, the hamburgers are great and the real ice cream milk shakes ...... AWSOME!!
