Me and my family enjoyed our first experience. The burgers were very juicy and good. The shakes were excellent and we will be back....
Dining room needed a good cleaning. Food was consistent. My burger was messy.
Service was slow no way should I have to wait 15 minutes to order when there is only one car in front of me and then once I order wait another 5minutes to get my total so I can be told to finally drive around to the window. Why are the employees uniforms so dirty also? I won't be going back anytime soon until they clean up and speed up.
Took order right away never got water and meat was cooked to long,
Been coming here for years. Never had a problem. Absolutely love it!
Slowest service ever. Used to be good now it's gross. Takes 20+ minutes for a drink. Staff is RUDE and disrespectful. Don't ever come back to the table, so if you need anything you are pretty much screwed or have to get up yourself and ask for it. Not going here anymore.
Maybe they need more help but it was not clean and the wait staff was not friendly at all.
