The Steak and Shake in Livonia is nasty as per Filthy! The restaurant its self and the restrooms. I will NOT return there!! Food was warm! Not what I expected. Very, very disappointed �

This place has really gone down hill. A few friends and I would go here on occasions and we'd experience the same issues every time. The staff don't know what they are doing. You get seated and you end up waiting 20-40 minutes to get a drink order. The staff are nothing but ignorant. This place needs to clean house and get some people who actually want to work instead of all the lazy fools. Get your shit together.

The wait time is terrible! You walk in to be seated and the staff are always hurled together talking. Once seated they take forever bringing water not to mention taking your order. Today I was completely disrespected by one of the gentlemen who work there and im waiting till morning to call for a manager. This location needs work!
I NOTICED THERE IS A BILLBOARD ON S. TELEGRAPH NEAR SIX MILE THAT SAYS TURN RIGHT ON 6 MILE THEN AHEAD 2 MILES TO MIDDLEBELT. WELL MOST OF US ARE AWARE MIDDLEBELT IS 3 MILES WEST OF TELEGRAPH, I CALLED THE STORE TO LET THEM KNOW AND 3 WEEKS LATER IT STILL SAYS GO 2 MILES. I HOPE THEY AREN'T PAYING FOR THAT ADVERTISING.
Food was good and the ladies that took care of me was very sweet. One told me how to order my food to get a better deal so I appreciate that. Only thing they need is to add more staff seems like they were putting a lot of work on the few people who were there.
We actually got very good service and the food was great! Our waitress came back a couple of times to check on us. The only thing we waited for was out milkshakes and our check at the end.
