placed a take out order at 530, of chicken strips, fries and 2 shakes. the shakes came right away...at 555, a waitress asked what I was waiting for, finally got the strips and fries at 603, asked to have the shakes remade, since they've been sitting so long, received 2 shakes that weren't what i ordered and they were filled half way...very dissappointed
the waitress was super rude and super slow , when taking our order she didn't write down our shakes and when she delivered the food she didn't give my fiance the onion he ordered and instead of trying to fix it she just said oh sorry and walked away like she didn't care and was just very rude the whole time very bad service. the bathrooms were disgusting. I will not be back
hmm.. where do I start? My husband and I just had dinner there, and from being treated to leaving... very disturbing. Table and surroundings are nasty. Let's start with my order. I ordered a beef taco salad.. they had nothing to make the salad! So I ordered the fish sandwich.. the waitress spilled the fries on the table and floor.. what I got was a fish dinner. Bad service very slow to serve you
dirty bad service the list is long
We walked in everyone was sitting on their phone. Almost every table there was dirty. The cook said “oh look white people they will complain..” then it took about 20 mins for someone to take our order.. there were only 6 people in the whole place. Our water wasn’t even cold. Overall worst experience I’ve had at steak and shake.
Uhm what is in my chicken
food was warm. I switched my side from chili because it was warm then got soup and it was warm also food running down the sides of the bowl and lumpy
