There is no excuse for having to wait almost 20 minutes for 1 sandwich and 1 shake. I will not return to thus location.
Horrible service. Spent forever in drive thru with only two cars in front of me..... Parked. No service. Repeated my simple order..#1 meal... Twice. Still got it wrong. Poor presentation. Burger in pieces.... Got about 1 1/2 burgers on a double. No manners, rude. I said please and thank you..... They don't know those words.
Literally the worst service in the world. The food is NEVER right. I ordered a regular black raspberry shake and a guacamole burger, I got a kids size chocolate shake with a guacamole burger MINUS GUACAMOLE. � this has happened about five times. So my husband and I decided today to give it one more chance, we walked inside and every single table in the restaurant was dirty. It took our server 15 minutes to even greet us. Bad from the beginning to the end! Food so so, waitress very bad, one on register the worst.
One Word "Terrible " No Ice for the drinks 😐Come on now who want a warm drink with their meal, cups dirty and chairs are out of date, one of the ppl I was with fell out of a chair that was so old and rusted it broke just so bad I didn't eat. 👎👎👎🚮 This is not a 1 star review this is a no star that's what I give it 0
Very rude!!!! Lady rolled her eyes and basically tried to blow us off.
