Worst service ever! Wait staff and MANAGERS are rude and lazy! 30 minutes after ordering we still had no drinks, and order was still not put in! They don't even deserve one star. Stay far away. �
Gave me and my family food poison
Food was messy, i had ketchup and mayo dripping everywhere. Then we didnt get our shakes until we were half done. But to make it worse, we asked for a to-go cup for the shake we didnt have time to finish and the waitress never brought it. She stood there drinking a pop and nothing. So i went to pay the bill and asked for another cup and the cashier kept shrugging me off but we finally got the cup. Terrible customer service! Came in waited about 10 mins before we were even acknowledged to be seated and it wasn't packed! Our waitress came, took the order, brought back the food and check and never came back! Our order was cashed out by a manager. We ordered shakes to go and it took 30-45 mins just to get the shakes. The staff didn't want to make them, the manager was notified yet still took her time after we stood 15 minutes and could hear them saying our shakes wasn't being prepared. Had a very loooooooong wait at the drive thru, and I was the ONLY customer in line! Even while taking our order, the young man kept asking us to" please hold on"After FINALLY getting our order correct (which was really simple, 2 # 1's) we get home and he didn't even give us straws for our drinks.
It's cool! It was really cool that the waitress came over and messed with my granddaughter about not excepting her food right away but she was nice. Plus she ate all her food!!
