That was the worst visit I've ever had the restaurant was filthy the staff were not nice we waited for the longest for our food and when we received it it was ice cold so we had to wait again. Many families walked out because they were tired of waiting and then the food got my family sick. I will never dine there again it was just horrible
The food was awesome, however... When we walked in, the 'server/host' was sitting down, asked us how many people we had, we said there were two of us, she grabbed two menus, didn't say a word, just turned around. We figured we were just supposed to follow her to the table. No, 'follow me' or 'right this way'... No nothing. She put the menus on the table and walked away. Food and services were GREAT!, the bathrooms on the other hand, cleanliness and sewer smells were deplorable. Made a great lunch � question returning again. Staff had the tables tops clean, unfortunately the debris that was wiped off the tops ended up on the seat.
I love the burgers, fries, and shakes. Never been disappointed. The service and wait time leaves much to be desired though. It was a good 10 minutes to get greeted. After our order was put in it was 30 minutes before our burger came. Almost left. We asked for our shake before our meal and it came same time. Burger n fries were not hot, but ate them anyway, and shake was melting. It wasn't that busy either. If it wasn't for the good food when hot n fresh, we wouldn't come back.
Steak n Shake is tha best 2 thumbs up gud food gud shakes gud employees. Jus gud all tha way around
Every time I come here I'm beyond disappointed with the service. They don't check up on you often, if at all, and seem to constantly have an attitude. I'm not surprised to see other reviews like mine.
In all honesty the service was terrible and the server incompetent
