Seems like steak n shake just doesn't care... all the poor reviews before me were SPOT ON.
Ordered hamburger shooters got hairy hamburgers ..then they replaced with cheese shooter burgers ...no apologies.. Asked to see the hair.. Well my daughter picked it out .. no removal from the bill .. Nothing asked for no ice got ice.. Sigh worst. Employees here just are not happy.
Best place ever. I love going there with my friends late night on weekends, and the food is amazing.
The night staff is horrible food is always cold and they always get the order wrong the place is dirty and the staff is rude and always sit around and talk
Server got my order wrong twice, asked if I'd eat it anyways because she was supposed to be going home now.
Love the food, hate the wait, hate the staff. There are a few rare gems of waitresses but other than that this is the worst Steak n Shake I've ever been to. It's sad because this is the only one close enough to our house.
I love coming here. I never have a problem with the service. All the girls are friendly the food is good.
