Food was good. Service is consistently lackluster. Waitresses always discussing the latest drama, yelling across the restaurant. Also, they need to turn down the AC - it's freezing in here all the time!
I wish I could give them a 0 star. This place is the WORST!!!!! I've and it seems like every time I go back it gets worst. Not only did one time I received a burger with some white powder on the back ( and no it wasn't flour, I know sometimes buns have left over flour on it) it was caked on like someone purposely put it there. Then when I went back 10 mins later to get a refund she acted like she didn't remember me and almost refused to give me my money back. At that moment I vowed to never go back. Liked the new American Melt. The Variety of shakes makes the meal complete. Enjoyed the Cole slaw. It was a pleasurable experience.
Walked in every table had dirty dishes and literally too cold to enjoy my meal. Turn ac down. I didn't get the right thing I ordered. No manager on duty. No one cane bavk to give us a box to go or check. Just cashed out and left.. First and last time coming here. Smh and I didn't get a cherry
Wait 30 some minutes within the drive through listening to the workers all bickering inside about not doing their jobs and my order is still not correct. Get it together.
