Awful service. My boy wanted to go there so we drive out there. After being seated we sat there for a half hour . Not one person even approached the table. Mind you, the place was half empty , so it's not like they were busy. So we will take our $$ elsewhere. Awful...
Very poor service NEVER GOING BACK!!! Staff was rude stood in line to pay served 3 ppl behind me before me. Got there told the waitress I had a coupon and she said show it to them when u get up there. Tried to pay and the manager told me it was more than what it was suppose to be because I had ordered the wrong milkshake I asked y the lady didn't tell me when I told her about the coupon n he said udk n threw the receipt
My daughter and I sat 20 minutes before anyone even came to our table. When the waitress finally came she asked if we have been seen yet, I told her no she asked of we got a menu I said no and she said well do you want one, then took her 15 minutes to bring our drinks, and the bad part was that it was only us and one other table there... The food was not good and slopped together... Definitely not going here again...
Use to work there n they literally sold lettuce with bugs in it.
Very rude manager and waitress. Tried getting waitress' s attention for over 5 minutes, she completely ignored us. BLT had barely a bite of bacon and all the manager would do is apologize. Wouldn't even offer to bring out more.
Always fresh and tasty!!! I love Steak n Shake.❤
