Waitress was snotty acted like she didn't wanna be there messed up our order
Very slow. Took 25 mins just to get a water and 10 to get a seat. Ordered food to go as well and that just sat there in the serve window and our server disappeared. Idk of her shift was done. But from now on ill jus go to the east side.
I love steak n shake but the service is the worst tho.It took forever to sit us,to get our food never got a refill.worst experience ever
Love the food and especially the shakes! Haven't had a bad experience, staff was friendly even though it was crowded and busy our waitress always came over to check on our table.
Food was good, but service was poor. Most of the staff spent the time we were there standing around and talking at the front of the restaurant. We did not get the shakes we ordered until an hour after we ordered them. I never even got the glass of water I asked for. Would avoid this location if you could.
