First off this was my fiancé favorite spot to come too, but when she order, our order wrong, she asked for a bowl of chili and not a side of chili, the food was cold, the drinks were water down and our bill was wrong, and the waiter didn’t even bother to come check on us afterwards. This was a disappointing visit here today. Rather go to another location than here.
I was so disappointed. I usually do carry out I should have stuck with it cause dining in was horrible. I was seated right away but waiting on someone to take my order was crazy. What's funny is that a couple was seated like about 10 minutes after me and they gave their order almost immediately while me and my kids still waiting, after 20 to 25 minutes I asked for a manager, he came, I told him what was going on, he says let me find out who is your server and guess what they couldn't find her, lol. This place is horrible. I came through the drive through waited 15 minutes got to the window to pay and my passenger seen a ice cream sandwich they wanted asked to order one and the girl working the drive thru slammed the window shut huffed n walked away. Came back with an attitude said the price took the money with an attitude so I grabbed the ice cream with an attitude then she said pull up and I told her to lose the attitude and get me a manager, sat and waited for my food, and never spoke to a manager. I came with a party of three. We seated ourselves after being told that we could. No one ever acknowledged us or took our orders after waiting 20 minutes. We asked a waitress and she said she was coming but never came back. We got up and left. They watched us leave and just stared at us as we walked out. I do not plan on returning.
The service was so poor, we had 3 different waitress and half the time I noticed them just standing around.. I love the food but the service is the reason I will no longer be going there!
Good food, the coleslaw was awesome. I also had patty melt, was good but could have been better. There was no wait and the server was really nice
Great Birthday freebie!! When it's not my birthday go for caramel salted pretzel shake, can't seem try another flavor!!
This place sucks,the food,staff,service,everything this place need to be purge and regrouped.
