It was awesome...I had hot chocolate that was sooo good and the burger my husband had looked so tasty, so moist & juicy. We have been to a lot of very expensive burger places lately...Steak 'n Shake rates right up there with them. We will be going back...hopefully soon.
Dirty ketchup and mustard bottles and to long of wait for food.....over fried onions like mush....sorry no more
I’ve been to the Steak & Shake in Huntsville AL a few times and always had a good experience. Service seem to be about the same here in Livonia MI, so no complaints from me.
The food was great, the service was awful. I can't believe how long it took for our drinks to come out, and that was just chocolate milk and water. First time the shakes came out before the water and milk. And the only reason they came out was I went to complain. I think one girl was up SAST with cleaning tables, she seem to be more interested in cleaning the tables and actually getting food and drink orders.
Zero stars. The place couldn't be managed worse. I'll never go back.
You can tell that everyone at this restaurant hates their job. I ask to speak with the Manager and got “I am the Manager” line. The wait is constantly massive with no one in the restaurant. Tyler “The Manager” cusses at you and plays dumb & acts like you’re irrational when you’re frustrated because he’s playing games . Super argumentative and not willing to resolve issues & throws your money at you. Totally unprofessional and shouldn’t be open because of the incompetence of the staff.
