Verified Renter It’s been great living at Station House thus far! Great concierge staff and the leasing office is very kind. They are candid and upfront about pricing, no hidden fees. There are lots of events for residents and the common spaces are amazing and well maintained.

Verified Renter I’ve been with the apartment since 2018 and have always enjoyed it! Took a minute to adjust to new management in 2020 but currently they are working and making new adjustments for the building to help it flourish! The location and accessibility of Station House is great!

Verified Renter Building has good amenities, but the walls are thin and allow noise to travel easily. Though it is a non-smoking building, other tenants' smoke travels among apartments via vent system and management simply sends warning emails. Maintenance team is very responsive to requests. At the end of the lease term, they sought to raise rent by 10% and refused to negotiate; but days later, the unit was posted online for new tenants to rent at less than a 3% raise.

Verified Renter Great amenities, close to the Union Station, surprisingly I don’t have any issues with noise, no issues with maintenance and staff members, great choice if you want a place near by metro station.
