Great living experience! Station House is a wonderful place to live! The staff keeps it impeccably clean, the amenities are well-kept and easy to use, and the staff is SO nice, especially concierge Tre!

a lovely spot! Close proximity to metro (union station), h street and a short walk to Capitol Hill and the capital. clean place and great opportunity to meet people. Mandy and Brittany at concierge are very supporting, and Simba at leasing is accommodating. Would recommend checking this location out. great kitchen and plenty of storage space in units!!
Station House is AMAZING Station House is a great place to live - the staff is always extremely helpful and Mandy, the front concierge manager, is quite literally one of my favorite faces to see everyday!
Love living here My wife & I moved in a couple months ago with our baby and we’ve had the BEST time living here. It just gets better & better every day. The concierge staff (especially Mandy & Tre) are such a blessing to have in the building, always a pleasure coming & going. Everything runs so smoothly. And we can’t wait for the pool to open this year. We love SH!!
A Community Feel on Capitol Hill I have had a great experience living at Station House. The apartments and buildings are well-maintained thanks to Leon and his team. The concierge team are so friendly and helpful and really make the building feel like home. Thank you Mandy, Julian, Trey, and Brittany!
Great building! Recommend living here. Great building, quiet neighborhood, nice amenities. I’m happy living here! The concierge team is amazing as well. Mandy is such a joy to see and work with and Julian and Trey are also so lovely. They make living here just that much more enjoyable.
Beautiful Apartment and wonderful concierge! Beautiful apartment building, I have loved living here. Mandy and Brittany at the concierge are great and so kind. They love dogs and are always eager to make sure the residents are having a great time. Would recommend!
Awesome Experience! One of the nicest apartment buildings and apartments I have spent time in. Very modern and great technology all around. A liberal game room with many great quality, entertaining games such as billiards, fooseball, etc. Nobody bothered us in the game room even though we were playing till late on a Sunday night and noisey at times too. Shows the amount of space and soundproofing the building has as well ?? A shame that the overall rating is not 4 point something stars. That compelled me to write this review... read more
Oh the noise! The location is great. But downhill from there. A large portion of of the building is taken by churchhill and WISH interns. So it has a dorm or hotel vibe much more than residential. Washington City Paper did a spot on article in reference to it being such an unusual mix for a building. The undergraduates party hard making making it unpleasant for residents. Doors slamming at all hours and parties into the morning. Management doing a huge disservice to residents whom pay such a hefty sum.
