Verified Renter I loved loved living here! the gym here is bigger than some actual gyms in dc and you’ll never need a gym membership. the place is always clean, as cleaning staff clean every day. I also love the weekly events which give you a great opportunity to meet other residents. saving the best for last, the concierge team makes it feel like home.

Verified Renter We moved here more than a year ago, and we recently extended our lease because we loved being here! Location is good, it’s like 5-7 mins walking distance from the Union Station and affordable rent as well!
Verified Renter I enjoy living at StationHouse and really appreciate the concierge team (Tony and Kisha). The has been high turn over in the office staff during my time here which led to extend timeframes in resolving an issue I had but I did appreciate the management company reaching out to me to resolve the issue.

Verified Renter Customer service is great. From my initial inquiries with leasing to the when I moved in with my small children. There were little things here and there to fix and maintenance did a wonderful job. Even with mistakes, the staff maintains great customer service!
