Verified Renter Now that I have been here about six months, I can say that the staff is really pleasant and kind, and getting anything repaired is quick and easy. Especially appreciate the staff. The place is cleaned beautifully, the gym is awesome.

Verified Renter Station house is beautiful. The amenities are very nice and the community is well preserved by the management team. The access to Union station and the capital bike share across the street are very useful for someone without a car.
Verified Renter Moved in 1 week ago, I live in a studio space, that is small, but space has been made where it can be made, and all appliances and lights work great. It is super convenient to schedule movers , and having the front desk email us about packages is super convenient. I also enjoy underground parking so I dont have to worry about my car.
