I was upset with the scheduling. My job was scheduled at first for 1-5 pm. But the email said, 12-5. So I was home at noon and the crew arrived at 4:58 pm.! They did a decent job when they got here but starting so late annoyed me a lot. I'd also recommend that they change the way they do phone estimates. My job ended up being more than $100 over the amount on my estimate. There has to be a better way.

Needed our floors cleaned but it is so tiring to pull out the shampooer and fight with that for a few hours so we decided to give a professional cleaner an opportunity. Stanley Steemer was the first one we called because of a "special" advertisement. Decided to upgrade from the offer and we are glad we did. The two man team led by Jason was highly professional and efficient. After multiple scrubbings I elected to let the professionals do it for me and had my tile kitchen tile floor cleaned and sealed. The 14 year old tile and grout looks brand new and I and my wife are quite pleased. I called SS on a Wednesday morning and the team came to my home that same afternoon. Great service.
