I like using Stanley Steemer because they always try and help you with additional information on how to keep your carpets looking cleans, and smelling fresh. And, they can usually be there when you really need them!!

I DO NOT recommend them for sofa cleaning if you have pets. They will ruin them! I scheduled to have them cleaned before a move. they used to much water when cleaning and now my 2 couches are ruined bc they smell like wet dog despite getting the deodorizer package. my 5 back cushions I had to throw away the fill it smelt so horrible and wash the covers twice! the 5 foam seat cushions are ruined completely. now i have to have them replaced. after speaking with customer service on a Saturday to put in my complaint I finally re... read more

Can't thank Jason and Chris enough for their services today. Just moved into a new place and was going to replace some very worn and stained berber carpet. They showed up promptly, were very professional, explained the services they were providing thoroughly, and cleaned my carpets enough that replacement is not necessary. Mauro did a great job disinfecting and cleaning our carpets. He was professional and thorough. It was the best carpet cleaning we have had. We felt very comfortable with him in our home as he followed all COVID protocols and made sure we knew exactly what he was doing step by step.
