Totally not happy with the company! Local branches and corporate have serious accountability issues
I've been thinking about replacing some carpet in my home for a few years now. Then a holiday comes around and I realize I didn't and my carpets look pretty rough. I then call Stanley Steemer (and specifically Steven)every time and will continue to as my carpets have gotten another reprieve, lol! Plus they always arrive on time!!
We had SS come out to clean our hardwood floors. While the technicians were very professional and explained the process, I don't feel like the price was worthy of the work that had to be done. I understand it's not a refinishing process, but was expecting better results with cleaning the floors. In high traffic areas, I couldn't tell the difference between a professional cleaning and just running a mop over it. I wouldn't recommend the hardwood floor cleaning for the price.

Couldn't be happier with the drying vent cleaning done by Ti the Crofton/Bowie Stanley Steamer teams. Jason and JoJo did a great job on the carpets. Tim and Tony also did a great job on cleaning/clearing the dryer vent.
