Stanley Steamer has been cleaning for me for several years now and they always do a great job. They even steam cleaned my tile this time and it looks great. I use them to clean my Oriental rugs too and they have always looked clean afterwards. Just this past month I decided to send my good Wool rugs to a company that specializes in Oriental wool carpets seven of them,called Capitol Rug cleaning and they ruined four of my very good rugs. I have Stanley Steemer clean my carpets about every 6 months. I have never been disappointed with their service. Over time all the dog urin spots have been removed. The last team that cleaned, about one week ago, was the best ever. Most of the water was removed before they departed so the carpets were dry in another day. I have used other people to clean my carpets who can't hold a candle to Stanley Steemer. I believe some of their crews are better than others. This is the luck of the draw. Brian and Jordan were the two men who cleaned my carpet. Brian was disrespectful and had an attitude when he was asked questions. In a hurry to go to the next customer. Do not recommend them. I have had my carpets cleaned before and the other crew went above and beyond. This crew did not have excellent service.
The technician was very polite, clean and thorough.
The carpet cleaning was excellent but the technicians tore the storm door frame from the the house, were not honest about the damage to my mom and the management has refused to repair the damage. The manager was rude and refused responsibility. The corporate office has not been helpful either. Definitely extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone.
They did a real good job and the cleaning does indeed help with dust, allergens, etc. Worked well on linoleum and carpet.
The crew was very professional but the did not get the odor out of the carpet despite buying the “clean, deodorize and protect” package.
