Better online pricing to be more accurate to in home estimates...Eliminate the words liability and policy from their branch managers mouth...if this was the last cleaning company on Earth, id go to a river with bucket and use that instead...terrible job i had with them...it was great until they showed up...the only person that performed well was their office lady...everyone else was a failure to my expectations.
Very easy to book their services. The scheduling options are very flexible given the fact that I have a very tight work schedule. The staff that serviced our home was very pleasant and fun. Very knowledgeable. Overall, they did a great job. I would definitely request Dave and Charles again for our next service appt with SS. The price for services was affordable.
