Prompt, professional ! The did a great job! I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet but after they were done there was no sign of the stains ! Very pleased !
After the job was completed wife use the vacuum cleaner and our vacuum pick up a lot of dirt that was left in the carpet. Very disappointed 😡

extremely DISAPPOINTED. The company states they clean hardwood floors (dirt removal) Well my hardwood had dirt. I know it was dirt because when I was able I scrubbed a spot (hands-and-knees) and the area returned to the original look. The SS technician came out and stated we only clean dirt, I stated it is dirt, there response not that kind of dirt. Was totally unaware that there were specifications of dirt. Anyhow found another company where dirt is simply dirt.
I used Stanley Steamer for a condo that had just changed ownership. Upon moving in the carpet looked great but within a week stains began to appear. I called Stanley Steamer and they cleaned, deodorize and than applied a stain guard to the high traffic areas. The results were amazing. I will use them and recommend to everyone.
SS of Bowie did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpets in two family rooms. The two man crew arrived on time and went to work immediately. The entire job took about an hour and we were very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!
Courteous, clean . They made my carpet look brand new. They removed old pet stains and old children stains too. The rooms dried in less than 24 hours. I will never use anyone else!
