There were two young men who came to my home to clean my carpets prior to listing my home for sale and they were wonderful. They came in, cleaned the carpets, did a wonderful job and were very respectful and courteous. I would welcome them in my home at any time. Thanks Stanley Steamer for sending someone reputable. There were worth every penny spent.
They are the best - I will recommend them 100% - they were courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. My carpet is old but they made it look new.

I believe this is a better method than the guys who bring a portable machine in to clean your carpet. That being said I didn't follow their advertised procedure. They did not pre treat the carpet. If they had maybe it would have loosened a few small stains that they said would not come out. My advise, know what their procedure is and watch the crew to make sure they follow it

just had an excellent experience with Stanley Steemer cleaning my carpets. Greg and Charles came within the time frame arranged. I was called by the Gambrills office to let me know they were on their way. Greg and Charles were very friendly, did an excellent job on the challenging stains and were very professional. Importantly, they didn't try to upsell me like so many complain about. I would highly recommend Greg and Charles as a team and this Stanley Steemer franchise.
Another great cleaning by Mauro and Ian! Even the red wine residue came out. Carpets look and smell wonderful. See you again in six months.
