The gentleman that cleaned my kitchen floor was very courteous and helpful. I found out that I was using the wrong type of floor cleaner on my laminate floor and he recommended products for me to use. I have had carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer many times in the past as well. I have never been dissatisfied with their work.
I had ordered them to clean a carpet and placed the order for today. The nice lady on the phone was able to send someone out that same day. They came out and had my carpet looking like the day I had moved in; all this in less than an hour! If I need to have any other rooms done at my home, I will definitely ask for the guys that came out as they were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job! I definitely give them a 5 as a first time customer.
Stanley Steemer, for a reasonable price, cleaned my carpets beautifully and, when the technicians missed a spot, they returned and steam cleaned it again, ensuring that the spot was gone. They were both courteous and careful. I recommend them more as a 4.5 than a 4.1.
Two super polite young men who didn't made me feel bad about my dirty rugs and pet stains. When they left, my carpets looked like new...I don't know for how long they will stay this pretty and clean, (thanks to the cat!) but I appreciate their hard work in getting them to look spotless again. I will ALWAY use Stanley Steemer. They give me the best results. Thank you.
