the cleaning team was wonderful. They took good health/safety precautions, and did an excellent job cleaning, disinfecting and treating the carpet. It looks beautiful, and they even told me that after it dries if there are any spots or problems within 10 days they will come out and re-do the areas.

the two-person team was great to work with.....superb customer service and the end result was better than I expected.....i.e. the carpets look like new and it feels so good to have the furniture cleaned well!!!! The healthy and safety precautions they took made me feel very comfortable having them in our home.

Awesome Job. Courteous and did more than I expected
We had Stanley Steemer out today to clean two carpets which had a LOT of pet stains on them, and the carpets look great! The crew (I wish I could remember their names) was extremely professional and courteous, not to mention efficient. They were in and out of our house in less than an hour. We have used SS for many years and have never had a bad experience. Their crews are amazingly polite always, and they never fail to do a thorough job.
Had my stairs done today and, trust me, the guys had their work cut out for them. They didn't make me feel bad for the steps being in such bad condition because of my cats being sick. They did an amazing job and they look like new. They used masks and wore shoe covers... which is appreciated in these crazy times we have right now. I'd definitely call them back out another time for a much easier job. I appreciate them more than I can say.
