Came in by ambulance due to extreme back pain. Made to sit abd get up half a dozen times, each time, sending waves if pain through me, as they sat me in a doorway. Nurses, even the same one, returned asking if I was the same person they were looking for (another person sharing the cramp little room). 5hrs in ER and all they checked was my urine. I just got a second opinion. I have a kidney INFECTION. Thanks for almost killing me.

I absolutely love this hospital my husband has been here so many times and the care he has received is unbelievable by all staff !! It’s a good feeling to know when your husband is so sick the best ever care was given each and every time !!
My 8 year old son with SPD and a few special needs, came in yesterday w a possible appendicitis. We usually would go to Childrens, but due to the severity of his pain we came here. Ofcorse they needed to put an IV line in for some bloodwork. My son was extremely scared. It took almost 2 long hours just to get an IV line ( due to my son's fear) Macie, Brittany and Danielle were absolutely amazing w my son..... Being born there in 1959, having tonsils removed, numerous surgeries, and the cafeteria.
My wife came in with chest, back and abdominal pain. They did some test, couldn't figure anything out so they send her home. She left in 3x the amount of pain than she came in with. Day 2 she was brought in with blood pressure 230/130 and what did they do again, just send her home not knowing anything. It would be nice if they treated patients as patients and stop trying to figure out who's looking for drugs. It also makes everyone a little cranky and short when talking to them. Emergency Room staff are awful, they make you feel like an interruption of their day. I've been to many ERs and urgent care facilities, they are nothing like this, there is no eye contact if you walk in to the hall to ask a question, I walked around the halls for 5 minutes with a urine sample in the cup trying to find the nurse, I asked several people for help to no avail. I need to find an urgent care that takes state the insurance
Wait time is atrocious no one in the ER when we checked in my daughter at 0500 with vomiting migraine it is 0715 and we still have not seen anyone..
Besides the wait, I was called boy, twice by two different people.
