I'm currently standing outside in the cold because they kicked me out of the waiting area after I was done being seen in the ER. My husband couldn't stay with me while being seen because of the COVID-19 situation so he had to go home. There were no other patients in the waiting area and I was not coughing, but I had on a mask. I stood far away from the two security guards and three nurses sitting in the sliding doorway waiting to triage patients. Miss every diagnosis I have come in with, including broken bones, and med management is abysmal. For inpatient, don’t bring your own and but they won’t order from their pharmacy correctly.

Most worthless records keeping, as well as the absolute worst diagnostics. They will kill you here, as they have many. People actually drive in the opposite direction to go over the county line before calling an ambulance so they won't be taken here.

The women who are drive through COVID screeners are extremely rude, and lacking in empathy and human compassion. Even if you arrive before 1600 with a valid prescription they will just rudely shove papers in your face and tell you they’re closed. Nevermind it was before 1600 and there were still multiple cars in line. They act as if patients are a huge inconvenience and are more than happy to snap at you that they’re closed. I just wanted to say what a great experience j had after being admitted to Medstar St. Mary’s Hospital last week. I came into the ER with what I thought was kidney stones to find out I had stones as well as a kidney infection. All of the nurses as well as the in house doctor were AMAZING, very attentive and kind. I wish I could remember all their names to thank them individually but overall I had a great experience (minus being sick of course)
