Their attitudes are the worst and they don't understand the meaning of the word profesionalism. I would rather die than to go there. I would not even recommend them to the devil.

I went through outpatient surgery on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 to have a large fatty lipoma removed from my back. I would like to thank all of the staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, orderly's, and Dr. Samdami for the great, professional, and courteous care they provided me. They are all to be commended and and huge thank you for all the medical professionals, including a couple of my nieces who are nurses there, for being there on the front lines for us throughout this pandemic. I had the worst experience yesterday.I was wheeled into ER waiting room alone and could barely sit in the chair. No one cared about me. I pushed call button 4 times and no one came. Charge nurse cane in while I had tears streaming down my face and I told her I felt like my head was going to explode. she asked me if I could give her a urine sample. I sat in my bed fully clothed with my shoes on for almost 7 hours. A fire alarm went off in the hall that I was waiting alone in a wheelchair for transport . I was told by the nurs... read more

some nurses are nice but its just always that 1 nurse who's just awful. my mom just passed away due to covid doctor never called us until now . we kept communicating with these nurses. they wud say my mom was fine that she just need to get better from 2 things yet it wasn't true. She was very sick and they told us the same day the doctor spoke to us. smh the communication is awful. I feel as they didn't do much to save my mom. They lied. Horrible! Don’t even wear gloves. Did not take symptoms serious and the doctor didn’t have time to listen to listen. It does not even compare to to a wonderful hospital like VA Hospital Center where you are respected and treated like a human being! So disappointed!

My mother was a patient here for 6 days. We were not allowed to visit her because of this pandemic. The care she received was nothing short of amazing. Though the Dr. Ngum had NO OBLIGATION to call me with medical updates, she did. The nurses worked tirelessly to meet my mother’s needs (shout out to the 3rd floor nursing staff)...and even when it was time to be discharged, Brenda and Rebecca called and called and called to make sure my mom’s home care would be a continuation of the care the hospital offered. went to emergency room on 3-17 with severe jaw pain and chest and arm pain. the nurse on duty was a young man named Jacob. was very nice and was trying to calm me down. when the jaw pain got worse and blood pressure was 240/118 he made sure he helped and kept an eye on me. they wanted to transport me to southern md but I refused and wanted to go home.
