The er was great. I liked the fact that the prescription they gave me in the er could be filled there at the medstar pharmacy. I have never been to a hospital that offered that. Unfortunately I did not receive all of the prescription as it was ordered. And I didn't realize that until after they were closed for the night. I called them this morning because it was a controlled substance and i was 2 pills short. (I was supposed to receive 12 pills but instead i got 8 whole pills and 4 half pills) They said they would call me ba... read more
We recently gave birth to our 2nd baby, via C section, at St. Mary's. Our stay from Friday to Monday was fantastic. Every single nurse, tech and staff member was kind, helpful, and a true blessing. Our experience was great with BOTH births but this one was exceptional!!!
New to the area and couldn't be happier with the docs at this practice. Ashley D. and Asha (sp?) were so awesome, put my son right at ease and made the whole experience great!!!
You're front desk person treated me like homeless person and I was very and still upset i was told the night before I could sit in the waiting room until my next appointment there was no one in there but me your front desk actually treated me like I was a homeless person I just needed to wait on radiology open for some tests that I have to take I had just left sleep study I'm very upset people that sick should be treated better my feet are swollen and hurting but she your front desk person in the lobby need to be more consid... read more
Without a doubt I was waited on before I sat down when first came in, all were on point with all the testing, and was admitted, the nursing staff and doctors treated me well although i'm not the best patient in the world but I got through it . After going to Calvert and which they almost killed me literally st. Mary's found what the issue was with in a day or two. I just got home and on the road for recovery thanks to Dr Shah and the team. I was the designated driver and spouse. The entire staff was fantastic. This was my husband's first ever hospital trip and it could not have been better. We are grateful to all and feel blessed to have such a great facility here in southern Maryland!
Never going here again I went there yesterday for belly pains and spine pains they didn't even do any test there all they did was drew blood and sent me home I hate this hospital I'm going to start going to Calvert because they will run test unlike stmarys
