ER department is a joke. I realize that since my daughter only has an ear infection and is in pain, that she is not a priority. But the fact is, when you leave a patient in a semi private room for over an hour while the staff is cracking jokes in the hall, it can be seen a gross incompetence.
Everyone was very nice a seemed to be very concerned about my granddaughter.
Over 5 hours in emergency room. They seriously need more staff. People that came in after me left before I was even seen.
My daughter was hit by a car and transported by ambulance here. They didn't X-ray her or take any kind of imaging to see if she was ok. They only had her urine tested and sent us home. I will never go back to this hospital again
They were up front about the fact that it would take awhile for me to get the testing done that I needed instead of just leaving me in the dark and leaving me alone in a room to wait with no knowledge of how long I would be there. The staff was super friendly and did everything they could to try to figure out the problem I was having.
They don't know what they are doing. I don't like coming for myself or others they aren't good my friend had a lie told to her and I have the worst seizures. Lord have mercy on them.
