They tell you to come 15 minutes early and then they are running behind and make you wait forever. Have to wait for a test then they make you go back out to the waiting room to wait to be called to see the Dr. Finally get called back in a room and wait even longer. We've been here forever. Go somewhere else if you can. Worst experience ever. Wish I could've picked zero stars. We are at the vascular surgeon at St Joes

This hospital should be avoided at all cost. What used to be a caring place that treated all it's employees with care has become a sparsely staffed nightmare since Trinity took them over. My good friend worked for them for years and when she was struck with Lyme disease and at her doctors order went out for what should have been Short Term Disability with Sun Life (the company St. Joseph offers at the employees cost) she began a nightmare that ended with her losing EVERYTHING. This was the cleanest hospital I've had the pleasure of visiting. And the staff were absolutely wonderful.
My two year old needed a scope and biopsy. The staff there I can not even express their kindness and compassion. The care was beyond excellent. They even gave my little one a stuffed teddy bear after procedure. One of the nurses heard me saying he was diagnosed w celiac. She gave me so many tips on what to feed him and where to get it which she went above and beyond. I can't thank the staff enough for making a difficult day more comforting due to their compassion. �
Just got home from St Joseph's hospital. I had an awesome experience. My operation went great.The staff was great keeping us updated and went out of their way to meet our needs. Can't say enough good about my stay.
