Today my father had surgery at your facility and I wanted to thank the entire staff from security, pre-op, food service, waiting room, post-op and the nurses. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Thank you for the excellent care. Your facility is gorgeous. Also we loved the musician playing in the waiting room along with Carson the therapy dog.
I'm always very happy with saint Joe's hospital service and the nurses are very nice and helpful
Nothing but issues when it comes to any of the St. Joseph's primary care physicians. Staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Very rude secretary D Huggins at the Primary Care Center at the Gifford St location. She "thinks" paperwork was brought to the records department to be sent to insurance. Insurance has yet to receive it even though was told over a week ago it was sent to insurance by a secretary over the phone. When I asked for a phone number to complain, she closed the window.
