All the staff are so attentive, well informed, courteous and friendly except the people at the reception. They can not even find the name of my sister! We are so in a hurry to see her before her head surgery start but here we are waiting for them to find the name!......
The new wing/ renovations are beautiful! Staff is very friendly and helpful!
My boyfriend had to have hand surgery, we were on 1-1 and our nurse was Paul. He was wonderful could not have asked for a more attentive and caring nurse. Dr. Everding was amazing and very personable not to mention one of the best doctors. We are forever grateful for him being able to make the repairs needed on the hand.
The pretesting was quick they were very professional and I would recommend it.
The worst experience of my life. My poor mother went thru hell. The nurses on the 3rd floor are unbelievably horrible minus a couple of them. Katie the nurse manager and Jennifer the nurse coordinator are awesome. The problems happen when they aren't here. It's too long of a story for me to write everything but warning stay away from this hospital if you are in need of a lot of care. The nurses are too busy to help and you have to wait forever to get assistance.
