The billing department is an absolute joke! Charging me over 2k for an antibiotic I was forced to take home after a surgery. God forbid anyone in the billing department actually return a message. The staff is so unprofessional. I get told by billing that the antibiotic is part of their policy, then told I’m gonna have to talk to a supervisor then they put me through to a voicemail box and never return any of my messages.

RecommendedOn February 6, 2020, I visited Good Sam Hospital for Labwork and x-ray. All the individuals who served me provided kind, professional, efficient service. Shari in registration, Melody in the lab and Bradn in X-ray provided outstanding service and my care was done efficiently. I appreciated their care for me. Thank you.
Something has shifted in policy. I feel they make work for themselves so they can tap my insurances. I am leaving. I did not find concern or compassion while I was going through cardiac issues. This issue of kicking out a homeless person has really ticked me off.
Stop lying about vaccines. Since the HPV vaccine there is MORE cervical cancer, not less. Aluminum injected causes brain damage, immune system damage. Stop lying. Stop putting money above health.
I will no longer use this network for healthcare. Prices are high and they won't negotiate payment.
