SSM Helath charges completely ridiculous prices for doing almost nothing. I was charged over $1000 to do a sleep study myself in my own home. I went by and talked to them for maybe 15 minutes to get told how to do it AT HOME. THEY HAD TO DO NOTHING BUT TELL ME HOW TO DO IT MYSELF! I did the study and dropped it back off. That cost me $1032! If you want to get rip offed then come here. I would hate to see what they charge if they had to do the actual sleep study in their lab.
SHAME. Drop the charges on the patient who was assaulted by your security guard. How dare you allow patients to be treated such a way. You are a disgrace to health care.

Extremely disappointing when I go in for a physical and aren’t told prior to or during appointment that when I discuss other health concerns during my appointment it will not be billed as physical therefore I will end up with a bill. She didn’t even do a complete physical! Also I would really like to know how SSM Health can charge an exorbitant amount of money for something that could have been purchased for much less ANYWHERE ELSE! American Healthcare at its finest!

Told that our routine visit was covered as it should be. They submitted insurance incorrectly, after many follow ups without any resolution or contact from their billing department they sent account to collections. Billing depart has been non-helpful and rude throughout. Nonetheless paid bill so credit was not affected. Terrible customer service and follow up.
Worst customer service and confirmation system ever. Received a confirmation email for my sons 10:20 appointment, got to the clinic and they pushed his appointment back to 12:00 and stated that is the appointment time I made. The confirmation email clearly states the appointment was at 10:20. Made the mistake of calling customer service, what a joke that was. My daughters had a 10:40 visit, that somehow stayed the same scheduled time, 11:00 still has not been seen.
I was in St Clair. Took care of me better than some I have been to.
