Love Dean services but hate the insurance plans! Its crazy how expensive prenatal ultra sounds are and you basically have to get them done. It's a preventative care like a yearly physical it should be included instead of costing $1000 out of pocket!
Beware. Especially for workers comp patients. They like to bill you for services you've already paid for. They also love to bill your personal insurance without consent when you agreed for workers comp.
All the labs have been closed. They are making us go to Lab corp. Way to go bone heads.
My husband is getting his blood drawn on the third floor of SSM medical building on St. Clair's Hospital campus. They have quite a few med techs working in the lab but they are completely unorganized and a process that normally takes 10 minutes is taking 25-30 minutes. I have never seen it so chaotic.
I believe that the word compassion in a sentence that has to do with SSM is misleading. I have seen no companion or even Christian values exhibited by SSM. I can no longer see my SSM Doc or go to Walgreen’s clinic because I am on the Cigna plan through the ACA, they take all other Cigna plans, but choose to decline this plan due to this being for the unemployed or those who can not get it through work. My grandmother is in the hospital now and is receiving the worst care ever they forgot to feed her twice and when u complain they have an attitude especially the nurse supervisor Amy I worked for ssm for 13 years thus is horrible when I ask her who the president of the hospital was she said I dint know what do u want really o.s Amy ur president is Mike Bowers!!
